The Role:
Senior Estimator
You will lead the tender process and work independently, managing bids for projects across commercial offices, healthcare, retail, and hospitality schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess new tenders for completeness and accuracy
* Prepare take-offs in line with SMM7 & NRM using Bluebeam and CAD-Measure
* Build up analytical unit rates and lump sum prices
* Schedule and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
* Produce a full set of preliminaries for each project
* Attend tender meetings and liaise with internal teams
The Right Person:
* Experienced Estimator with a background in projects from £2.5m–£20m
* Proven experience in Cut & Carve, New Build, and Refurbishment schemes
* Self-directed, highly motivated, and confident in leading tender processes
* Looking for a long-term career move with progression opportunities
Working Hours:
8:30 – 17:00
