Following a strong financial year and continued growth, they are expanding their commercial team and seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support upcoming project demand and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will oversee commercial management across a portfolio of industrial fit out projects, with the flexibility to work on office fit outs when required. This is a key role with significant influence, offering long-term career progression and the chance to help shape the future of a growing, ambitious business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of fast-track industrial fit out projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare cost plans, BOQs, valuations, and final accounts.
• Conduct tender analysis, subcontractor procurement, and contract management.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and variations to ensure profitability.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial goals are met.
• Build and maintain strong client and supply chain relationships.
• Support business development by utilising industry contacts and contributing to new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within industrial fit out (office fit out experience also considered).
• Background in delivering fast-track fit out projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract forms (e.g., JCT).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Established industry contacts and a willingness to support business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
