We are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst in the South East of England. Our client holds UKAS accreditation, and provides a wide range of Environmental Compliance services, so there are excellent further training opportunities. We are seeking someone who is fully qualified and has a positive track record within the industry. The role will involve working on a variety of domestic, commercial and local authority premises.

Experience /
Qualifications:
* Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalents
* Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
* Fully conversant in HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
* Able to work in line with UKAS regulations
* Flexible to travel as required
* Comfortable using IT software
The Role:
* Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition and reinspection asbestos surveys across a range of client sites
* Collecting samples from site for analysis
* Conducting 4 stage clearances
* Carrying out reassurance, leak, background, personal and smoke air testing
* Working across a variety of asbestos removals projects
* Ensuring removals projects adhere to safety guidelines
* Producing detailed technical reports
* Travelling in line with client requirements
