PCB Designer

Salary:
Up to £40,000 plus company bonus

Stevenage
Working:
Hybrid, 2–3 days on site
Clearance: BPSS required

What you will need
 
British or Dual UK National, BPSS clearance required
Understanding of PCB design, manufacture and assembly
Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration
Self-motivated and methodical approach with a logical problem-solving mindset
Flexible to travel, including occasional international visits

Key Responsibilities
 
Develop and evaluate PCB and electronic manufacturing processes
Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, including international partners
Assess PCB fabrication and assembly processes and support failure analysis
Contribute to documented standards and best practices across national and international teams
Provide technical support for UK and international programmes across all areas of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly
Your experience
 
Knowledge of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly technologies
Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver to a high professional standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with internal and external teams
