• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean tools such as Kaizen, SMED, Six Sigma, 5S, 8D and Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to meet stringent quality standards.
• Drive defect prevention through robust process controls and error‑proofing solutions.
• Support new product development from concept through to launch.
• Specify and validate equipment, tooling, and fixtures to meet production needs.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives through process optimisation and value engineering.
• Prepare and submit reports detailing capital expenditure requirements, including justification and cost analysis.
• Support capital projects and contribute to Cap Ex planning and execution.

• HND or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial preferred).
• Experience in high‑volume manufacturing, ideally automotive or similar.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects using Lean tools such as Kaizen, SMED, Six Sigma, 5S, 8D and Value Stream Mapping.
• Practical exposure to Lean methodologies and structured problem‑solving tools.
• Knowledge of automated assembly systems, tooling and test equipment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt advantageous.
• Experience with Cap Ex projects or capital investment planning beneficial.
