System of Systems Integration Lead
Take ownership of complex system integration, shaping multi-disciplinary engineering solutions and influencing programme outcomes. Expand your impact across defence system delivery.
What you will need- British nationality, SC clearable
- Experience in complex systems integration
- Proven ability to work with external customers and stakeholders
Up to £65,000, with a company bonus of up to 21% of base salary
What you will be doing- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to integrate systems
- Coordinate functional and physical integration within wider defence solutions
- Drive requirements definition and stakeholder alignment
- Resolve technical conflicts and support programme delivery
- Complex systems integration in defence environments
- Requirement development and stakeholder engagement
- Systems thinking and trade study execution
- Project engineering and work package delivery
