PCB Designer

Up to £40,000 plus company bonus

Working:
Hybrid, 2-3 days on site
Clearance: BPSS required

• British or Dual UK National, BPSS clearance required
• Understanding of PCB design, manufacture and assembly
• Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration
• Self‑motivated and methodical approach with a logical problem‑solving mindset
• Flexible to travel, including occasional international visits

• Develop and evaluate PCB and electronic manufacturing processes
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, including international partners
• Assess PCB fabrication and assembly processes and support failure analysis
• Contribute to documented standards and best practices across national and international teams
• Provide technical support for UK and international programmes across all areas of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly

• Knowledge of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly technologies
• Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver to a high professional standard
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams
