Quantity Surveyor (Civils Framework)
Salary: to £50k + package
Based:
Wales (CF35)
- Are you a Quantity Surveyor with Civils Framework experience?
- Do you want to work on a long term regional utilities contract for a highly respected Civil Engineering Contractor?
An exciting opportunity has developed to work for a leading UK Civils Contractor on a major Utilities contract. The role will be for a Quantity Surveyor to come in and join the Commercial Team.
Key criteria for the role will include:
- Experience working on a Civil Engineering framework
- Able to work independently, working on a sizeable project and working within a commercial team
- Strong eye for commercial opportunity, and be able to drive profit and efficiency
- Good at multi‑tasking
- Strong client interfacing skills
- Strong contract management and negotiation skills
- Looking for a long‑term role
