RF Systems Engineer

Shape and define the development of RF systems, influencing requirements, validation, and delivery. Take ownership of technical outcomes and contribute to complex system engineering projects.

• British nationality with DV clearance eligibility
• Engineering design and requirements expertise
• Experience in RF or electromagnetic systems
• Stakeholder management and supplier oversight

Permanent, full time

Circa £60,000 (depending on experience)

Stevenage (hybrid: 3 days on-site per week)

Must be British Citizen, capable of DV security clearance.

• Specify and manage RF system requirements through the full development cycle
• Collaborate with design teams and external suppliers to meet technical, cost, and schedule targets
• Define verification and validation strategies and manage functional and performance testing
• Support the integration of development hardware into operational systems

• RF systems architecture and design knowledge
• Technical trades and solution development with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in system validation, testing, and certification
• Understanding of engineering processes and good requirement practices
