We are seeking a qualified electrical supervisor with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial/residential environments. This role is 40 percent hands off & 60 percent hands on but still requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date Computer literate Client facing skills to communicate with the client Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance 2 man site but treat the security staff and catering as part of the team. Competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 Private medical insurance Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Large amounts of Overtime Available Callout frequency is 1 in every 2 weeks 25 Days annual leave  Bank Holidays (Goes up to 28 days) Requirements:
Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum). Previous experience as a time-served lead or supervisor. 4 years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment. Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification. Paying up to £50,000 P/A, private medical insurance & other company related benefits.
