Main Duties & Responsibilities 📝

• Review, challenge, and sign off support plans to ensure care meets service procedures and legislation ⚖️

• Resolve complex, high-risk situations using negotiation and diplomacy 🛡️

• Build partnerships with members, senior officers, external organisations, and the community 🤝

• Operationalise plans and deploy resources to meet objectives, tailoring approaches for safe, high-quality services 🎯

• Qualified Social Worker (QSW)

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)

• Experience in CIN/CP and court proceedings preferred ⚖️

• Solid safeguarding knowledge 🛡️

• Strong assessment, written, and communication skills ✍️🗣️

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle 🚗

• Must be a car driver 🚗
