We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for tech to join our Technology Talent Programme in Stevenage. You don’t need a degree or prior technical experience, just the drive to learn. The goal is for you to join a pathway and then secure a permanent role with our client!

Over 6 weeks of immersive training, we’ll equip you with the practical skills to succeed in an 18-month paid placement at a leading global investment bank.

What You’ll Learn at mthree Academy

Our training will give you the foundations you need to thrive across different roles:

* Python programming & MySQL basics

* Linux scripting & automation

* Dev Ops tools (Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)

* CI/CD practices (Jenkins, Git, Agile)

* Networking & infrastructure fundamentals

* Agile methodologies & project lifecycle concepts

* High-level financial services knowledge

* Professional skills & interview preparation

What You Need to Succeed

* A genuine passion for technology

* Strong communication & teamwork skills

* Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

* We will be prioritising candidates who do not hold University degree

* Local to Stevenage - please only apply if you are living within 20 miles / 45 min commute. We won't be considering candidates who are willing to relocate

* Permanent right to work in the UK - we don't provide visa sponsorship

* Commitment to attending the office 5 days a week when required
