We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for tech to join our Technology Talent Programme in Stevenage. You don’t need a degree or prior technical experience, just the drive to learn. The goal is for you to join a pathway and then secure a permanent role with our client!

Over 6 weeks of immersive training, we’ll equip you with the practical skills to succeed in an 18-month paid placement at a leading global investment bank.

Our programme offers multiple routes into technology, including:

• Infrastructure Engineer
• Technical Business Analyst (BA)
• Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
• Dev Ops Engineer
• Support Analyst
• Cloud Engineer
• Cyber Project Manager
• Technical Analyst

Our training will give you the foundations you need to thrive across different roles:

• Python programming & MySQL basics
• Linux scripting & automation
• Dev Ops tools (Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• CI / CD practices (Jenkins, Git, Agile)
• Networking & infrastructure fundamentals
• Agile methodologies & project lifecycle concepts
• High-level financial services knowledge
• Professional skills & interview preparation

• A genuine passion for technology
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• We will be prioritising candidates who do not hold University degree
• Local to Stevenage – please only apply if you are living within 20 miles / 45 min commute. We won't be considering candidates who are willing to relocate
• Permanent right to work in the UK – we don't provide visa sponsorship
• Commitment to attending the office 5 days a week when required
