• Advise clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Manage a caseload independently and support senior colleagues in more complex matters
• Playing an active role in business development

• Ideally 4+ years PQE but other levels will be considered
• Proven capability in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Commercially aware, ambitious and keen to contribute to the team's growth
