• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer to a high standard and meet SLA agreements, while adhering to cleaning schedules.
• Maintain the hospital’s reputation for high-quality soft services and identify opportunities to improve further.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers; deliver excellent customer service and seek continuous improvement and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable, hardworking and maintain a professional attitude.
• Be able to work to a schedule; be a team player; strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.

• x1 Monday to Friday 5pm to 12am
• x1 Rapid response, Thursday to Monday 2pm to 10pm
• x2 Rapid response, Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
• x1 Monday to Friday 3pm to 12am

• Cleaning experience preferred; training can be provided.
• Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
