What you'll be doing:

Waste management (including weighing waste)

Management of couriers, post, goods in/out

Porterage services (lift & shift) where practical (ensuring H&S requirements are met)

Daily completion of electronic records including logging of stores issued/courier services/volumes of post/reactive tasks/franking

Report and repair any fabric/building faults identified whilst carrying out daily activities.

Escort specialist subcontractors as instructed by the management and supervisory teams

Deal with any complaints immediately and report them to the Team Supervisor

Report faulty or damaged equipment to the relevant Supervisor

What we're looking for:

Ability to pass DBS check

Experience in waste management operations including accurate weighing, recording, and disposal of waste materials

Strong organisational and logistics coordination skills

Proficiency in maintaining electronic records and data entry systems

Building maintenance skills

Interpersonal skills
