The role will head up the Utility Line's Tendering & Pre-Construction departments, working on full turnkey electrical projects throughout the UK. In this role you will lead the Tendering and Pre-Construction Teams throughout the initial stages of projects from initial enquiries in all the way through to handover at Pre-Construction. Recently acquired by Adler & Allan, our focus for 24-25 is growth and market leadership with a focus always on a high standard of customer service.

Tendering

• Support the team with the scope of new project enquiries.
• Drive business development initiatives to facilitate sustainable revenue growth.
• Support the Tendering Manager by providing clear direction, guidance and set expectations for the relevant individual and wider estimating team.
• Support the Managing Director in defining target markets, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure existing leads and outstanding tenders are followed up by the Bid Team and act as support if / when required to make adjustments to win new projects.
• Ensure that the output of new tenders are always managed in a timely manner.
