• A passion for people and a belief in the power of conservation (we'll teach you the rest!)
• Resilience: the ability to face rejection and keep going with positivity.
• Confidence speaking to strangers and working towards clear targets.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in any given month.
• Willingness to travel up to an hour from home, each way every day.
• Comfortable working outdoors and often alone.
• Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience

Please note, you will be required to travel to our HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire during your induction. For a full list of induction dates please refer to the recruitment pack. We will cover all associated costs for travel and accommodation. Full training and support will be provided.
