Contractor Compliance & CDM Officer

Salary: £40,000 (DOE)

Working Pattern:
Hybrid, 3-4 days on-site

We're looking for a proactive Health & Safety professional to support a busy Facilities Management team. You'll help ensure all projects and contractor activities are delivered safely, while building strong relationships across the business.

• Conduct targeted Health & Safety inspections and ensure actions are completed
• Gather data and produce clear reports on safety performance
• Identify issues and develop practical safety solutions
• Influence and support teams to maintain compliance
• Lead investigations and produce statistics/analysis
  
  Champion best practice across all FM projects
• Plan regular visits across UK sites
• Take ownership of your workload and priorities

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
• Experience in construction or project environments
• Understanding of audit processes
• Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma (L6), CSCS card, ISO 45001/14001 auditing qualification
