Quality Manager

Stevenage (Full-time on site)

Scope

The Quality Manager will support the project by ensuring that policies, procedures, and business processes are documented, maintained, and kept within the Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves working towards establishing fully documented end-to-end business processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standard, and providing process support to colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate business tools to document and manage business processes, policies, and procedures for this project.
  • Support the development and documentation of end-to-end business processes across all the project.
  • Ensure all documented processes are reviewed regularly or as required to maintain relevance and accuracy.
  • Maintain business process documentation and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Required Experience
  • Experience working within a Quality, Compliance, or Business Process Management role.
  • Demonstrated involvement in documenting and improving business processes.
  • Experience supporting or maintaining a QMS, ideally aligned with ISO standards.
  • Experience delivering training or onboarding activities is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a project-based or fast-growing organisational environment is an advantage.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and process documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to analyse and improve processes.
  • Proficiency in using business process management tools or documentation platforms.
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • ISO-related training or certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) are advantageous.
