Territory Sales Manager Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 plus car, commission and pension

We are supporting a successful consumer goods business that is looking to appoint a Territory Sales Manager to cover the South of England. This includes the Southern and Northern Home Counties, the South West and the southern Midlands. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with strong momentum in the market.

As the Territory Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a busy region, managing and developing accounts across garden centres and home furnishing stores. You will play a key role in driving growth, opening new opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow accounts across garden centres and home furnishing retailers
Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region
Increase distribution and visibility through strong commercial planning
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are supported
Maintain regular reporting and territory analysis to support commercial decisions

Requirements:

Experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role within consumer goods
Background selling into garden centres or home furnishings retail
Strong commercial awareness with confidence in data and planning
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Proactive, energetic and able to work independently
