Job Title: Security Systems Sales Representative

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Experience Level: 5+ years in security system sales at NSI level

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of security system sales.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Specialise in the sales of intruder systems, including but not limited to Eaton, Pyromix, Galaxy, and Texecom.
    • Promote and sell access control solutions, focusing on Paxton's and ACT systems.
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, particularly those from Hikvision and Hanwha.
  • Geographic Focus:
    • Work from our Stevenage-based office, serving clients within a 50-mile radius.
    • Conduct on-site visits to clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Resource Management:
    • Utilise company-provided resources such as a company car, laptop, and phone to effectively carry out job responsibilities.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security system sales at NSI level.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of intruder systems (Eaton, Pyromix, Galaxy, Texecom), access control (Paxton's, ACT), and CCTV systems (Hikvision, Hanwha).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
