Experienced Transit Centre Sales Specialist vacancy - Stevenage
We are currently seeking an Experienced Transit Centre Sales Specialist to join the sales team at Gates of Stevenage Transit Centre.

Working Hours:
25 Days Holiday Allowance, Company Pension Scheme, Staff Discount on Vehicles and Servicing, Career Development
Salary: OTE £40k+ (Un-capped commission structure)
Closing Date: 30/11/2025
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate model features and technology to customers.
- Maintain contact with the customer through each step of the vehicle purchase from initial enquiry, to follow up.
- Provide timely response and follow up on enquiries in person, by phone, and e-mail.
- Undertake all possible effort to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Assist with the implementation of dealership events.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and technologies.
- Identify and develop opportunities to increase dealership awareness and interest in the brand.
- A professional appearance and demeanour.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- IT literate - Keyloop Drive experience preferable but not essential.
- Good organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT literate with proficiency in automotive software preferred.
- Full UK driving licence required.
