Senior Linked Data Engineer

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require an experienced Senior Data Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Expert in RDF, RDFS, OWL, SHACL, and semantic web standards
• Knowledge of SKOS, DCAT3, SOSA/SSN, Hydra
• Proficient in SPARQL, SQL, and data validation frameworks
• Experience with federated linked data architectures
• Ability to obtain SC Clearance is essential (candidates with SC will be prioritised)

• Engineer validation schemas aligned with SOSA/SSN standards
• Develop DCAT3-compliant metadata services and SKOS vocabularies
• Implement Triple Pattern Fragments for efficient data access
• Optimize semantic models for speed and standards compliance
• Create tools for data harmonization and domain modeling
• Build Hydra-compliant hypermedia APIs
• Handle geospatial data using WKT and geographic vocabularies
• Write and tune SPARQL queries, integrate SQL-to-RDF pipelines
