About the Role
Allstaff Finance & Accountancy Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Accounts Assistant for a company based in Stirling. We are seeking a temporary or permanent candidate for this role with an immediate start. The hours are 37.5 per week, 8 am – 4 pm or 9 am – 5 pm with possibility of hybrid after probationary period, two days from home.
Key Responsibilities will include:- Processing invoices and updating pricing for specific suppliers.
- Managing supplier queries and payment systems.
- Supporting with month‑end journals and analysis.
- Planning and organising to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Providing ad‑hoc financial support to the wider team.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Self‑motivated and proactive.
- Familiarity with Dynamics
365 would be desirable.
