Senior Surveyor – Stirling

Responsibilities- Deliver land and property advice and services to on behalf of clients.
- Produce high‑standard tasks for schemes, using initiative to meet client deadlines and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with client personnel and external stakeholders, managing expectations.
- Develop junior staff; provide constructive line management to direct reports, delegating tasks and reviewing progress.
- Share experience to support wider organisational development while maintaining specialist CPD.
- Participate in company groups, initiatives and social activities, embodying Dalcour Maclaren values.
- MRICS or Associate RICS qualified.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experienced leading a team or projects.
