You will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills. You will serve residents at a time when they may feel most vulnerable and help guide them in life‑changing decisions.

• Minimum 12 months experience in Health or Social Care
• Valid NMC PIN number and adherence to NMC standards of practice
• Passion to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; role as practice supervisor and assessor to students
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and role‑modeling professional behaviours
• Commitment to person‑centred care for residents and families
• Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities; ability to recognise signs of abuse or neglect and to report concerns appropriately
