About Us

Techni-Dri Ltd is Scotland’s fastest-growing property restoration company, delivering expert solutions in fire, flood, and damage restoration. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Claims Handler to join our Stirling-based team.

As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims from initial instruction through to completion. You will act as a key point of contact between insurers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.

• Manage insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, contractors, and clients.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date claim records.
• Use claims management and operating systems to track progress.
• Ensure service level agreements and deadlines are met.

• Previous experience in a claims handling or insurance-related role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confident using operating systems and claims software.
• Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

• Experience using Symbility (preferred but not essential).
• Experience with in property restoration, construction, or insurance sectors.
