What You’ll Be Working On

You will report into our Inbound Operations Manager to orchestrate the smooth flow of inventory through our inbound operations. Your day involves coordinating vehicle unloading, managing stock receipts, and ensuring every item finds its perfect place in our warehouse system.

Your leadership skills will shine as you allocate team members to various tasks – from vehicle unpacking to quality control checking and system updates. You’ll maintain our impressive 99%+ inventory accuracy while implementing continuous improvements that eliminate shrinkage and reduce product damage.

What Type Of Person Will Succeed

• LO and LF licensed with 3+ years’ experience in both
• 3 years experience in a team lead role in a FMCG environment
• Experience with WMS/TMS systems and fast‑paced warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong planning abilities
• Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
