Officer with customer service at the forefront of all they dotomaintainasafeandsecureshoppingenvironmentfor all our customersandstaff.

This is apermanentcontract.

Job Spec:

• Carry outdaily/weekly/monthly duties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions

• Be present on the mall to ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained

• Conduct patrols covering all areas of the shopping mall and service yards

• Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden

• Oversee external contractor management to ensure safe working practices

• Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal

• Good communication skills both written and verbal toassistwithaccuratereport writing

• Excellent time management

• Smart,well-groomed and confident

• Conflict Management aware

• High level of customer care awareness

• Familiar with patrolling and monitoring from both a loss prevention aspect and health & safety

• SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence
