Renewals Sales Executive – Vitality

Job location:

Stockport, England, United Kingdom.

Working Pattern

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30, with one late working day per week until 19:00. Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Stockport office.

Compensation

Base salary: £27,000 after 6 months.

Bonus up to £18,000 per annum OTE.

Holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve agreed targets.
  • Be an excellent communicator, building rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Take inbound calls from existing customers, answering queries about their product.
  • Assist customers with any questions they face to retain their business.
  • Remind customers of benefits available, promoting the Vitality Programme rewards.
  • Assist customers with credit‑control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, and direct‑debit enquiries.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Passion for great customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales beneficial but not essential.
