Job Title:
Junior Architectural Technologist
Location:
Stockport Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who offer a wide range of services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Architectural Technologist to join their team in their new Stockport offices.

- Assist on the delivery of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
- Produce technical drawings and specifications
- Degree within architectural technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
- Knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong design and drawing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driver’s Licence
- Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
