Position: Quality Engineer (Permanent)

About You

* You’ve got a degree in textile, mechanical, industrial or quality engineering

* Experience in automotive or textile manufacturing

* IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) are familiar territory for you

* You enjoy digging into data, spotting trends and tightening processes

* You’re confident working with production, lab teams, suppliers and customers

* You see quality as collaborative, helping teams deliver their best work
About the Role

* You’ll help maintain and improve the QMS, keeping everything aligned with IATFand ISO 9001

* You’ll support internal, customer and external audits and help close out customer complaints

* You’ll take ownership of APQP and PPAP documentation for new and existing products

* You’re an advocate for continuous improvement, driving lean and six sigma initiatives

* You’ll monitor process capability, spot trends and tighten controls where needed

* Collaboration with the lab is key, supporting quality improvements across yarn strength, colourfastness, elongation, and uniformity

* You’ll also work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials stay consistent and on spec
