We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter on a Fixed term contract who knows how to identify, engage, and hire exceptional Software Engineers and IT professionals. You’ll play a key role in scaling our technical teams by owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. Job Requirements Talent Acquisition & Hiring
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Dev Ops, Data, and general IT roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long‑term hiring needs.
  • Conduct structured interviews, technical screens (where appropriate), and candidate assessments.
  • Drive a smooth, positive candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies across Linked In, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through personalised outreach and relationship building.
  • Use market insights and data to advise hiring teams on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
Process & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with HR, People Ops, and department leads to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, conversion rates) and provide regular reporting.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Employer Branding
  • Represent the company at tech events, meetups, and career fairs.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, job ads, and social media content to attract top technical talent.
Job Responsibilities Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience recruiting Software Engineers and IT professionals across multiple technical domains.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, cloud platforms, networking, Dev Ops, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a tech company, startup, or agency specialising in technical recruitment.
  • Familiarity with behavioural and competency‑based interviewing.
  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
