Fee Earner – Personal Injury​/Credit Litigation

Role Overview

A highly regarded and expanding law firm with a strong reputation in Personal Injury and Credit Hire litigation is seeking an experienced Fee Earner / Litigator to join its established team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist firm that represents major credit hire companies and handles a broad range of RTA, personal injury, and credit hire recovery claims.

The role offers hybrid working and excellent scope for progression.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling RTA and Credit Hire litigation matters
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of 150–200 pre- and post-litigated files
• Strong understanding of the MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track processes
• Working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
• Experience in personal injury and credit hire recovery
• Excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve billing / litigation targets
• Proclaim system experience preferred

• Competitive salary between £25,000 – £45,000, depending on experience
