Xander Hospitality are looking for skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie's to join the kitchen team at a thriving, premium pub in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a popular, community-focused venue that prides itself on serving fresh, seasonal dishes and elevated pub classics.

As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards. You'll be part of a passionate team in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with a strong focus on quality and creativity.

• Run your section smoothly and efficiently during service
• Support with prep and service of seasonal menus and fresh daily specials
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Contribute ideas for menu development and specials
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an exceptional food experience
  
  Help train and mentor junior members of the team

• Experience in a fresh food kitchen, ideally in a quality pub or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
• A team player who thrives in a busy service environment
• Passionate about cooking, presentation, and working with fresh ingredients
• Reliable, organised, and eager to learn and grow
