Site Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to support delivery on a major water treatment scheme in Stockport. This role requires a strong technical background in civil engineering within the water sector, along with excellent setting-out and QA capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Setting out for civil works including reinforced concrete structures, pipework installation, chambers and associated infrastructure

* Managing quality assurance, ITPs, as-built records and site documentation

* Supporting the site team with technical queries, design interpretation and coordination

* Monitoring progress, ensuring works meet programme and specification

* Working closely with subcontractors, site management and client representatives

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Engineer on water treatment, wastewater or heavy civils projects

* Competent with total station, GPS and setting-out software

* Strong understanding of quality processes and construction standards within the water sector

* CSCS essential; EUSR or water hygiene beneficial

* Ability to start on 5th January
