We are seeking a highly organised and efficient School Administrative Assistant to join the busy office team at a secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a vital role supporting the smooth running of the school, providing administrative support to staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support across the school.

Manage correspondence, phone calls, and enquiries in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

Support staff with timetabling, attendance, and reporting processes.

Assist with organising school events and meetings.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is essential.

Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
