Receptionist, Part-time 9:30-2:30 Monday to Friday, Tunstall area Temporary Receptionist Tunstall/Burslem Area 9:30am-2:30pm MUST HAVE RECEPTION EXPERIENCE Your new company You’ll be joining a well-established organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, known for its professional and welcoming environment. This is a temporary opportunity ideal for candidates seeking short-term work with immediate availability. Your new role As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a friendly and professional front-of-house service.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting visitors and managing sign-in procedures Answering and directing incoming calls Handling general enquiries via phone and email Managing meeting room bookings and maintaining a tidy reception area Supporting administrative tasks as required What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) A professional and approachable manner You must be available to start immediately and be able to commit to the duration of the assignment.
