About the Role

As Customer Support Administrator you be providing administrative to support to our Customer Support team in Cheadle.

Duties are varied, but include processing customer orders, managing order schedules, running various reports, cleansing data in our order book, and providing telephone cover during busy periods.

You may also cover reception during holidays/absence.

Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

We can consider flexible working requests on a case-by-case basis, and we’d be open to discussing part-time job share arrangements or compressed hours.

The role is office based, but we can consider ad-hoc hybrid working arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

About You

You will have experience working in an administration role in a busy office environment.

With a passion for customer service, you will have good attention to detail, and you will enjoy working in a friendly team that helps our customers to get their products on time.

You will also have:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confidence with Microsoft Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Flexible approach
  • Desirable - experience in a customer services environment
