You'll be joining a well-established organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, known for its professional and welcoming environment. This is a temporary opportunity ideal for candidates seeking short-term work with immediate availability.
Your new role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a friendly and professional front-of-house service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and managing sign-in procedures
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Handling general enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing meeting room bookings and maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Supporting administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • A professional and approachable manner
You must be available to start immediately and be able to commit to the duration of the assignment.
