At Financial & Legal, we’re looking for a Partnership Development Manager who will play a key role in delivering our sales and distribution strategy while championing ethical selling and regulatory compliance.

• Build and sustain strong broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.
• Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver great customer outcomes.
• Embed Consumer Duty principles into broker and partner arrangements to ensure fair value and consistent alignment with target market needs.
• Foster collaboration across teams (Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing) to support new business opportunities.
• Champion safe, ethical, and customer‑focused sales strategies while monitoring broker performance and ensuring accountability.
• Play a key role in evolving our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

• Are experienced in managing broker relationships and delivering commercial results.
• Have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like Consumer Duty and are committed to compliance and transparency.
• Are proactive, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented.
• Excel at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams.
• Are enthusiastic about driving change and improving customer outcomes.
