, you expertly bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire

Our branches are busy, fast‑paced places to be and, as a Customer Service Agent
, you will be right at the centre. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; confidently delivering great service with a smile is second nature. Where you excel is in managing multiple tasks: sourcing vehicles, resolving rental queries, admin customer accounts, and overseeing daily vehicle movements.

You don’t need previous industry experience; our induction training will cover it. You’ll need customer service know‑how, admin skill and a calm, can‑do attitude (and a Full UK or EU driving licence).
