The Company

My client is a leading bespoke product manufacturer known for its quality, innovation and excellent working culture. They are also party of a global business that supplies into multiple sectors both in the UK and internationally.

As part of their ongoing expansion, they have created a new role and have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nesting Engineer to ensure the to maximise usage and minimise waste in the most efficient way possible.

The Role

Working closely with Manufacturing, the Nesting Engineer will create Nests for CNC punching and Centre machines using Nesting software to ensure the production process is efficient and cost-effective.

This will also include:

• Understanding of technical drawings and information
• Collaborating with other teams
• Continuous Improvement of products and processes
• Adherence to Quality procedures
• Adherence to Health & Safety Standards
• Setting a positive example for others to follow
• Supporting operational needs and business objectives

The Candidate

The ideal Nesting Engineer will have a proven track record of Nesting experience gained within a manufacturing environment. You will have experience of Solid Works design software (or something similar). You will be organized and an effective communicator

Other experience required includes:
