We are currently recruiting for Receptionists to join us in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

Want to make a great big smiling first impression? In this crucial customer facing role, the Reception team alternates between our five Hotels and it’s vital that the team work together as it's the guests' first and last impression that really counts.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of any guest issues, cash and key handling as well as ensuring relevant guest information gets passed to the correct department.

This role involves working a variety of shift patterns.

• Early shift pattern: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Late shift pattern: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Compensation between GBP £7.55/Hr. – GBP £12.21/Hr.
