Job Description

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging financial data to drive strategic business decisions and optimise financial performance. You will be an integral part of the Business Planning, Analysis and Decision Support team, responsible for analysing financial data to support decision‑making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial information and work closely with senior stakeholders in Operations, IT, and Marketing.
  • Support decision making through robust reporting, analysis, and modeling.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze performance metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial insights.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Create and deliver reports and presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline processes.
  • Participate in strategic projects by providing financial expertise and analysis.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests from various departments to support decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and interpreting large datasets.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self‑driven with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • CIMA qualification or equivalent.
