Job Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver work within set timelines.

• Travel between development sites as needed.

• Handle a varied planning enforcement caseload.

• Work with elected members, developers, agents, council teams, customers, and the public.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Experience in planning enforcement work.

• Eligibility for chartered membership of the RTPI or a recognized qualification in planning enforcement.

Nice to Have

• Experience negotiating with stakeholders.
