Social Work Advanced Practitioner – Emergency Duty Team in Stoke on Trent (UK), earning £33.30 Hourly. Full Time/Part Time. Ongoing. What you will do
  • Provide a responsive and effective social work service to children and families outside of standard working hours
  • Handle out-of-hours referrals requiring urgent intervention from the local authority to protect vulnerable children
  • Supervise, develop, and support less experienced staff members as part of your advanced practitioner role
  • Participate in decision-making processes that prioritize child safety and wellbeing
  • Liaise with agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery

Due to the nature of the role, applicants are required to have an ASYE with at least 3 years of relevant experience
. You will also play an active role in supervising others and contributing to the learning and practice development within the team.
