** Pro-rated starting salary £26,520.62 (FTE £29,108, with bi-annual increments)

** Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner
** to join our inclusive and multidisciplinary team at Inscape House School. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to school-wide Positive Behaviour Support, create meaningful behaviour interventions, and empower young people with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge.

**** Responsibilities
* ** Work under the guidance of the PBS Team Lead to deliver high-quality, values-driven PBS support across the school.
* Carry out functional behavioural assessments to understand individual needs and strengths.
* Develop behaviour support plans informed by assessment and updated as new information emerges.
* Provide practice leadership and support to staff teams to implement evidence-based interventions.
* Contribute to risk assessments, data analysis, and evaluation of PBS interventions.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and external professionals to promote joined-up working.
* Support the design and delivery of in-house training around PBS, behaviour support, and young people’s needs.
** About you
*** Passionate about improving outcomes and quality of life for young people.
* A professional qualification in PBS or a related field (psychology, autism, counselling, education, health & social care).
* Experience working directly with children or young people with complex needs, learning disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Conditions & challenging behaviours
