Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an experienced Advanced/Senior Practitioner to join our Corporate Parenting Adolescents 14-17 Team
. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, forward-thinking service that is deeply committed to improving outcomes for cared-for children and care leavers.

• 🧭 Lead and oversee the Pathway Planning process
  , supporting adolescents as they transition into adulthood
• 🤝 Provide high-quality advice, guidance, and practical support to adolescents aged 14-17
• 🌱 Support, mentor, and contribute to the learning and development of other practitioners
• 🏡 Champion corporate parenting principles
  , ensuring stability, security, and positive life opportunities
• 📈 Take on additional supervisory and/or practice development responsibilities
  , sharing best practice across the team
